This page explains how to delete the data AdLume holds about your workspace. It covers data from Google Ads, Meta Ads (through Windsor.ai or a direct Meta connection), Slack and the Lumy panel. Our Privacy Policy gives the full details.
The person who installed Lumy in the workspace can do this:
Lumy then cancels your paid plan, if you have one, and asks Google to revoke Lumy's Google access. Next it deletes the records stored for your workspace, then the workspace itself, including Google and Meta access tokens and account details. Last, Lumy removes itself from your Slack workspace, where Slack allows it. This can take up to a minute. The panel confirms when everything is deleted.
If deletion stops partway, the panel shows an error and some data may still exist. In that case, email us and we will finish the deletion by hand.
If you cannot use the panel, or you want us to delete data for you, write to [email protected]. Include:
We may ask you to confirm that you can act for the workspace. After that, we delete the data and reply by email. If we must keep some records by law, we tell you which ones. We handle requests within the time limits set by the GDPR.
Deleting data at AdLume does not remove the permission you gave at Meta. To remove it, open your Facebook or Meta Business settings and remove AdLume from your connected apps. If you connected through Windsor.ai, remove Windsor.ai there. Removing the permission at Meta stops new reads, but it does not delete data we already hold. For that, use step 1 or 2.
We keep invoices and tax records for as long as Polish law requires. Deleted database history may remain restorable in AWS backups for 35 days.
